Terms and Conditions

1. Project

The scope of work for a One Day Website includes the following:

• 60-minute consultation call
• One full day rate (8 hours)
• 7 days of post-project email support

In addition, the Client will receive the following deliverables:

• Content workbook
• Project questionnaire
• One Created Above Designs website template license

The following services and deliverables are not included:

• Copywriting (optional)
• Hosting + domain fees + Elementor fees
• Stock image + font licensing fees (optional)

2. Payment

The payment for a One Day Website may be either paid in full upfront or split into two even payments. A 50% deposit is required upfront in order to secure the project in Created Above Designs schedule.

3. Cancellations + Rescheduling

If the Client wishes to cancel the One Day Website after booking, they will be issued a 50% refund if they give Created Above Design’s at least 14 days’ cancellation notice. If less than 14 days’ cancellation notice is given, no refund will be issued.

If the Client wishes to reschedule their One Day Website after booking, they are free to choose a new date within a 30-day period, contingent on Created Above Design’s availability. At least 14 days’ notice must be given to reschedule the project date. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the Client will be charged a $200 rescheduling fee.

If Created Above Designs cancels the One Day Website after booking, the Client will have the option to either book a new date or receive a full refund. The Client will not be charged a rescheduling fee if Created Above needs to reschedule a project.

4. Support

Created Above Designs will be available to provide support to the Client via email for 7 days after the project date.
